In our last issue, we asked the following question:

Are aging baby boomers (people over 50) who have been laid off or are looking for a career change good candidates to drive over-the-road?

Yes. Baby boomers tend to have the qualities the industry is looking for in drivers: well-developed judgment skills, strong work ethic and a solid sense of responsibility. 100 percent
